Well, I have the Medela PISA...and it is fantastic...I really love it! I decided to get it because I was an exclusive pumper and decided it was better to invest the money on getting a good pump rather than renting from the hospital. Maybe if you are not going to use the pump as regularly as I did, you can find one that is less expensive (mine was around $260). GL.

I've goy the mini medela and the medela swing. both are good but the mini is quite loud whereas the swing is alot quieter. since you want to do it every few hours i would get th swing. It's not cheap but definately worth the money! x

I exclusively expressed for 4 weeks as my baby has a cleft palate and was tube fed. I used an adela double electric pump but hated it. My favourite was a madela double electric pump. I had to pump 8 times in 24 hours and it was hard work but i found this pump simple to use and quiet. I even cut some holes in a bikini top so that i could express hands free!!

I'm an exclusive expresser and have the medela symphony double pump. It is really good.
