i did 100mg first month and then 3 months of 150mg and absolutely nothing

i will still take it if they offer it though, as this is the last thing we get on nhs, they said after that its ivf so im over the moon to have ov, i was devastated thinking we got so close when we had early mc in august and it looked like i wasnt going to ov again.

it would be lovely if it works for you, it just shocks me that vit d should be advised if you have pcos and yet no dr has ever mentioned it, well not to me anyway xx

aww man nothing, it did nothing? well I truly HOPE for you that the vit D will get you that STICKIE BEDAZZLED eggie and a gorgous lil babe

I did do some googling about it and you are so right about it not being told to us.. I was tested for PCOS but my GYN said nope I don't have it

oh me too!!! i just wish i believed i was going to ov when monitor went to high on sat, i wouldnt have put dh down

i would still give the vits a go if your not oving, the way i look at it is there is nothing to loose.xx

Hey I got myself some too and started taking them yest..got mine from holland and barratt, they are the 400mui ones so will take one a day? If they work and make me ov it will be a miracle...I'll love you forever!! I havent read anything to say that it will but do you think the other vitamins and herbs im taking could effect the vit d working?

Mine are 1000iu Vitamin D-so I am only taking 1 in the AM..........

but funny thing my temp this AM- confirmed O but at CD45, so when the comes which I know she will-- no at all last week, I am hoping the vit D will help bring it on MUCH earlier

yeah that is what i have, calcium and vit d, i also took 2 in the morning and 2 at night,

im 5dpo today and i cant believe it, i had a talk with mil the other week about ivf and she said she wanted to help us pay for it, hopefully i wont need it now, i cant believe it

hi firefox, yeah i took the equivilent to 400iu a day but you can take more, some people take upto 2000iu a day so i think its a personal choice, if they dont do anything after a couple of weeks maybe up the dose,
i really wasnt expecting it to work. i shouldnt see why other vits and herbs would make a difference, gl hun

lol, thanks kelster unfortunatly i have had 3, yes 3 BFNs today on ic, asda and frer was thinking something would show by now even if very faint if i was going to get my BFP, so i will wait it out until af now. iv used up all decent tests and only have ic left.

i will hold off buying any more unless i get something on a cheapie, not looking good though. if not i will go all out on trying next month, i just hope and pray i ov again, i think all this time is taking its toll now

hun you are only 10DPO............. don't give up hope.. I didn't start gettng any sorta FAINT lines til I was 12DPO and I meant those were FAINT.. IC cheapie were I could see a FAINT FAINT pink line at 14DPO and the positive digie at 14DPO....

but so glad the Vit D helped you though..

won't be home til Sunday.. leaving today for Atlantic City for the weekend.. so when I come home on Sunday I wanna see temps up up up
