Frat Twins - Info only

Hi ladies,

I've tried to google it but to be honest it didnt really give me an answer ha!

This is just out of curiosity... but my OH's dad is a twin (frat) and my Nan (dad's mum) is a twin (frat)... Would that mean we could possibly have them too?

Hi Buttercup!

Fraternal twins can run in the family, but in the woman's side of the family. So your OH having twins on his side wouldn't have any bearing on you having twins because his genes won't affect your ovulation. However, you do have fraternal twins from your side so that could increase your chances of having them too!
