Fresh or Frozen

Just wondering what everyone does while working? I usually pump then send that the next day to day care and freeze the excess. However, have been wondering if I should send the frozen to rotate the supply. I have been back to work for almost a month and a half so frozen will be 3 months soon. I just wonder since the milk changes how will milk from when he was 1 month give him what he needs at 4 months?

I usually send fresh milk from the day before, although I need to start using some of my older freezer stash so I plan on sending 1 bottle of frozen per day and the rest will still be fresh. I don't think that will mess too much with the nutrition aspect.

I pump a day ahead and have no freezer stash. I'd be wondering the same thing as you if I had a freezer stash. I was confused early on, however, as to what to do with a freezer stash, so I just got rid of the few bottles of frozen milk that I had.

Yeah try to rotate or your freezer stash will be wasted.
