do you let the cubes defrost naturally or microwave?
Also, I assume you heat the veges well then let it cool a little before giving to LO? But can I give the fruit cold? Or room temp I mean?

MAybe daft questions but it's all new to me!!...

You can serve the food at whatever temp you want (not too hot though!). If you defrost in a microwave and the food heats up then you shouldnt reheat it again, but you can serve it cold. I give my baby food at different temps, depending on whether or not i have just made it.
You can defrost the food by whatever method you want - in the fridge overnight (use within 24hours), on the kitchen top in a couple of hours or in the microwave if you run out of time.
Hope that helps. it is all quite confusing to start with.

If you do use the microwave make sure it's stirred really well before you feed him because you can still get hot spots even if the food still feels quite cold. It's also best to use a glass bowl (or a mug, or anything that's not plastic) rather than a plastic feeding bowl as some contain BPA x

I usually feed breakfast at room temp , fruits are always cold and supper is warm ..
