okay been dieting a while lost a few pounds but now I am stuck. I have little free time so I am doing the 30 day shred, I was doing 40 min work outs but I cant do it every day. But I have a slim fast for lunch healthy tea and decent breakfast and snack on fruit and 0% fat yogs. I cant see what I am doing wrong but for 3 weeks in 1 week I loose 2 pound then gain 2 pound and it just yo yos. I don't know if its hormones, my lil guy is 6 months, or anything else. I work out 5 or 6 times a week. Is there anything else I could try, I just need to see something happen, Im just really determined but it does get me down
