FSH + LH blood test cd1 or cd4 ?

Morning all
I need my bloods done for my 1st ivf consulations and my dr has put cd2, which is tomorrow Saturday so no chance. Came on at 6am this morning so do I go this afternoon cd1 or wait until Monday cd4 ? Obviously I want the best result. What do you think?

I would say Monday, CD4 - I think the best day is meant to be CD3 so Monday is closer to that than today.

Sounds like you're at the same stage as us, we've got our first consultation on the 29th, when's yours booked for?

where r u going to? I am going to mfs they have had my referral a week but not had an apointment through yet.

I'm in Kent, I'm going to Chelsfield Park Hospital (BMI).

They had my referal notes since 22nd Sept but I only got my letter on Wednesday. I spoke to someone at the hospital on Monday to find out why we hadn't heard anything and she said they have to go through all the details and check we met the criteria for funding, etc before sending out an appointment letter so I think it's quite normal to have to wait a while (especially if they have a backlog). If you want to check though, I would give them a call to find out where in the process you are - you can use the postal strikes as an excuse for calling! Good luck.

I'm also going for my initial IVF consultation on 29th Oct. We are going privately so it will be interesting to see how close our experiences are!
