Full term tomorrow! Anyone else due late January and wanna wait it out together?!

It is frustrating wondering sometimes if this is it or just some more BH. On again off again....wee fab rollercoaster ride ain't it. :) Makes it worse when you have docs putting pressure on you to go into labor on your own soon...like I have any freakin' control over it.

I know, I almost cried when she said "well see you in a week" argh. Last night I realized how hard getting in and out of bed has become!

Oh my goodness, getting out of bed is the worst. I have to roll out of bed. I feel like the girl on Willie Wonka who turns into a giant blue berry! I am so sore right now. I have no idea what LO is doing in there, but I feel extremely sore on my left side of my belly down into my groin.

Totally getting out of bed is a horror. Makes having to pee all night like an Olympic sport.
!

I entwine my fingers to clasp them together so my arms are straight and firm across elbow to elbow and then push myself up on my elbow like a lever lol

I know! so frustrating. I think the specialist is being hopeful because she had said I can't go past my due date and she knows I don't want to be induced. plus, being induced puts more stress on the cord and that's the last thing I want. if I had control over it it would be tonight. both the kids kept telling LO he needed to come out of my belly tonight. I wish!

More stress on cord in general or is that just cos of your condition?

for a healthy pregnancy it isn't a concern but because of LO cord condition and it attaching to the sac and not the placenta and all the unprotected vessels, it can sheer, tear or rupture easily. because of the attachment and how induction can cause stronger contractions, quicker, it puts more stress on it. just praying I can avoid that. my MW said she'd start sweeps at 37 weeks, so I'm making sure she does one on Monday.

Pretty sure I will not even be attempting sex! !

Me too! Good luck to you ladies who are doing the deed in hopes of evicting babies. Sex sounds so unpleasant to me right now. I would rather to the dentist and get a root canal.

Today and yesterday I noticed I am aching and sore at the bottom of my bump. I think my stomach muscles are tired of carrying such a big load.

Is there's a chance that baby will change position at 37 weeks if bounce on birthing ball ?

Last 2x time I did it (like 4 weeks apart!) was so uncomfortable! All
That pressure pushing down= then having something else pushing UP, on top of feeling extremely swollen and tense down there, Ergh yuk.
Plus at the moment with all this runny discharge I'm constantly feeling like I've got an infection coming on. NO WAY.

for me I tried everything to get her to move as she was back to back. sure enough she was delivered back to back. it's not as bad as it seems.

I don't know about you ladies but I'm so sore tonight. I have such horrible ligament pain in my right lower side now that it's impossible to lay down and I feel like LO could just fall out. he feels so much lower today.

Yup zombiedaisy same, lower right bump kills!

On another note, I'm so leaky, tmi but my undies are constantly wet when I go to the loo. I never feel gushes or anything, just a permanent wet patch the whole crotch of my undies. It never seems to pool or anything and I know they say leaking waters you'll feel if you lay down and get up which I don't. Still worrying though..... Don't wanna make a big deal of it if I'm just peeing myself without knowing or its discharge!!

I'm tired this morning my son decided to get up at 4am for a hour, so baby decided to wake up too as I was up and about. Ive been pretty impressed so far this pregnancy as it's not really had any effect on my sleep, in fact I've probably slept better!
Hopefulfor1st I've been similar last couple of days. I've been thinking and I know last pregnancy I got this just before my plug started coming away so fingers crossed for you. That quick bounce on the ball you did must have done some good!!

I've had that constant wet patch too. sooooooo annoying and feels gross but they checked my fluid levels and they were great.

I'm finally comfortable enough to lay but LO decided to wake up so I can't sleep. I think it's going to be a long night

I've been wearing panty liners for a while now to combat the 'wet patch' Not nice, I think mine is just increased discharge, but I'll be glad to see the back of it. I don't remember it being as bad last time round.

On a side note- would this worry you?
At my app today when she checked his heartbeat on the Doppler it was racing flat out, she asked me if I was having a tightening right then and I said no. She kept the Doppler on for a minute that felt forever and it eventually slowed. I said he's normally about 140, and she said 110-160 is fine, but just that then it was over 160 (didn't say exact what it was) and then said when baby's are moving it goes up and then when they stop it goes back to normal range, which it did eventually, but I didn't feel him moving at the time ???

It's playing on my mind, I know if it was serious she wouldn't have let me go bit still worrying me!?

It's bound to worry you as you hear so many stories of various things happening, quite often DH can feel bang moving when I can't so possibly your LO was active and you weren't aware? Don't let it worry you though, go in to mat assessment and get a check up instead of you worrying, there's enough to cope with at this stage!!

My TENS hire machine came today! Hope I'm one of the ones it works for, MW said its one of those things where it'll be the best thing ever or absolute rubbish for me, no inbetween!!

I was at the hospital when it happened though, that's where my midwife appointment was....
Would just seem silly if I rang hospital about it, they'll prob just say same thing midwife said..

I would call and ask for reassurance. I did the one time my blood pressure was 133/77.. I think it was.

And about the wet patch, I have been getting that too so I don't think its you waters. My doctor recommended to stand up over the toilet slightly and cough and if it trickles out, its your waters. I have gotten a lot to where it soaked through my pants (sorry, lol) and it was still fine!

For the last few days I haven't stopped getting the bh. So uncomfortable but I hope they are doing something to my cervix! Today would be the ideal day to go into labor! Lol. I know it won't happen though. :)
