Gender from 20 week profile shot? Think I see the genitals can anyone help?

Hi, I have this photo from my scan and can see the 3 lines pointed to by the arrow. Is this girly genitals? Or am I seeing something else? Please help if you can

To be honest I wouldn't know how to tell in profile! They normally show you a potty shot from that kind of gestation onwards
Did they tell you it was a girl?

I can't really tell sorry. It is hard to see the genitals unless it's a potty shot. Are you having any more scans?
