What’s the age gap going to be Autumnal?

I have a 5.5 year age gap with my sister. I really wanted a little sister, and my parents delivered it wasn’t always sunshine and rainbows, I was a little mean to her in middle school which I feel bad about, but I simultaneously protected her during my dad’s alcoholism and hid her away from my parents’ fights. I shared a room with her from when she was 1 to when she was 5, and I loved it. I would climb into her crib and hang out with her in the morning.

Unrelated, currently CD27 and I thought my period would be coming soon, but I didn’t actually notice any fertile signs or take OPKs this month, and now my cervix is high. I made a FAM no-no and assumed I was “safe” without confirming ovulation. I was spotting for days so I was like “okay my period is coming”, but then it stopped a few days ago. So if I accidentally get pregnant this cycle, it’s cuz I ovulated 2 weeks later than usual
ETA: I’m out of Inito strips and only have OPKs, so I have no idea if my estrogen is up or what. Last month I didn’t use OPKs enough and missed my surge, but I still got AF around when I expected, so stupid me was like “I can do the same thing this month” OPK was negative last night, I forgot to take one this morning, so I’ll take one tonight. No EWCM though.

If I get pregnant soon it'll be nearly 5 years .. my youngest turns 4 next month!

OPK still negative, cervix is still high but CM is watery and scant, so probably nothing. I’ll keep taking OPKs until I either get my period or a positive.

There’s 5 years between my first and second and it worked out fine. I also lucked out that my middle kid is the “everybody’s friend” kid, which helps! He gets along great with his older brother but also his younger one. I do think he annoys them at times haha but it’s usually him trying to make everyone laugh and it backfires lol

Had an appointment today with my ob who will be delivering, if I don’t go into labor sooner. I just really like her! I’m hoping I make it to the scheduled section because I have never had an ob deliver me that I actually selected. It’s always been the on call surgeon.

Anyway she was measuring my belly and was like, “This baby is huge! You are, like, all baby!” She is predicting that if I make it to my c section, we may be delivering a 10 pounder

I’m really curious to see if that’s the case, or at least if he’s bigger than my biggest was…

So I've started temping again, and last night I had a few drinks with my hubby (I'm only like cd 10) and now I know that drinking gives me insane temp spikes. I'm so glad I figured this out now before it actually matters!! Also looking at my Fertility Friend it looks like we've been trying for 7 months now but we had abysmal timing for like three of those so it's not really as bad as it sounds which made me feel better.

I'm so glad I figured this out now before it actually matters!! Also looking at my Fertility Friend it looks like we've been trying for 7 months now but we had abysmal timing for like three of those so it's not really as bad as it sounds which made me feel better.

I think you have plenty of time before you have to worry! Hope it’s not much longer for you now. How are the opk’s looking? Do they trend darker for you? I have only ever used them a few times but they were like stark white one day and blazing the next, they never really seemed to give me a good heads up. I just had to trust my ov pain (which worked well……well, until this lst time where I didn’t get any lollll whoops)

Ok a pic for y’alls viewing pleasure. My boobs are naturally small but slight squished in this tank….but dang, that bump is bumping omg! I think he shifted yesterday and now things are really getting uncomfy….i get more pressure down low during braxton hicks and he’s been kicking in new spots (well, rather stretching. Not much room to kick anymore).

So I've started temping again, and last night I had a few drinks with my hubby (I'm only like cd 10) and now I know that drinking gives me insane temp spikes.

It affects me the same way. If I have a good few drinks, my temp is like a degree higher overnight. One drink doesn’t tend to do it to me, though.

AFM, currently sick with a cold. I started coughing Thursday super early in the morning, felt a little congested on Friday, and got hit with full symptoms Saturday. I’ve spent my weekend off down for the count.
I started getting EWCM on Saturday, plus high cervix, but OPKs are all negative still. DtD today, if I ovulated on time then AF is due in the next few days, if my suspicion with my cervix and EWCM is correct, it won’t show up. I wasn’t testing earlier this month so hard to know for sure. But I do know that I normally get a positive OPK when my EWCM is this aggressive, and nada.

T/C ratio on OPK this morning was 0.6, much elevated from the past several days of around 0.1. If I get a positive today, I’ll have O-2 timing with abundant EWCM during the BD. That said, with a delayed ovulation and a cold in the mix, ovulation may be unsuccessful and/or progesterone may be insufficient.

OPK is basically positive this afternoon, Premom told me it was a T/C line ratio of 0.84 but I’m considering it visually positive. That puts us at O-2 timing with a full deposit BD. Of course right after we said we can’t try for at least a year, my body throws in a super late ovulation to trick me

Lol no I wouldn’t do that. I told him right away when I got this positive OPK, I don’t always tell him if I’m having fertile signs but I’m honest with him about a positive OPK, because that’s objective, while other fertile signs are more subjective and fickle. He was like “I knew it, you were acting like you were ovulating” (he means I was jumping him). He still gave me the full deposit, so it’s on both of us now we just wait and see if my late ovulation is a successful one or not. When I ovulated late on our honeymoon in Italy, I had inadequate progesterone levels and didn’t get pregnant despite good BD timing.
