General chatter while we wait (and commentary on the "pull out method")

Shae that is super disheartening about the progesterone :( what might that mean for future ttc-ing? At least it does look like your at home monitor is pretty spot on (compared to the lab work).
I’m not sure. Technically the level is still high enough to support implantation, so my corpus luteum could rebound if exposed to hcg. But idk. Again, the spotting stopping and high cervix are making it really confusing. I know my urine was more diluted today because I had to pee SO bad this morning, but I don’t know that it was diluted enough to affect it that bad.

Long ago I got a bfp on 12dpo but it ended up as a chemical.. not really surprising

I don't really have any symptoms yet but I'm probably only like 3DPO or something! I have some mild cramps but I always have those haha. How about you gigs, did the contractions keep coming today or have they let up?

Sorry about the progesterone test Shae ... Is that a bad result? I'm not sure what the numbers imply. I'm taking vitex right now I think it's supposed to boost your progesterone.

Ideally I’d like it 10+, though technically 5.6+ is enough for implantation. My concern is the sudden drop from 15 to 5.9 in one day.

Shae hope there’s a sticky bean at the end of this cycle but also I know the timing isn’t necessarily ideal :/ “in His time” :hugs:

Autumnal i’ve read that statistically the later a positive test, the more probable an undesirable outcome but of course there are always exceptions.

Thanks for asking about the contractions ^_^ they laid off so all good here. I get them all day long but it gets concerning when they’re 5-6 minutes apart for more than an hour. Uncomfortable as they are, they haven’t been painful so until that happens I’ll just wait it out at home. So far they fizzle out when I lay in bed.

I had my appointment today with a different ob in the practice and I really like her. We actually have similar aged kids and she just had a baby in October. She think this one is going to be whopper too :haha: she said over 9 but possibly closer to 10lbs. We’ll see! She said right now she’s guess he’s around 8 (by feel only).

Also I requested a cervical check just to see if all these contractions are doing anything…I’m 1cm, but we all know that means diddly squat.

Gigs I’m glad the contractions are fizzling out when you lie down. It would be terrible if they kept you up all night. Another big baby, uh oh
