It's a recognised psychological condition/issue so I don't think anyone can be in a position to judge them as such. However, I don't think they should be allowed have children for child welfare reasons.

I can see how the 'love' can be misread and become sexual rather than platonic, however - I agree on the fact a child should NOT be brought into that situation for their own welfare.

I can understand if you didn't know they were your sibling when you fell in love and then maybe if you find out you decide to stay together.

But to actually and willingly enter a relationship like that knowing you are blood related?! urghh

I read up once on that couple in Germany- I think the govt charges them each time they have another child as it is proof of incest or something
