Hey Everyone,

My hubby and I have been ttc for over 4 yrs.
We got pregnant naturally in March 2011 with twins but lost them in May 2011. Since then nothing is working.

After the miscarriage I was diagnosed with PCOS by my oby and started on Metformin.
Saline ultrasound revealed normal uterus.
Shortly after that we started 5 unmonitored cycles with Clomid, all BFN.
I then "advanced" to monitored cycles with Clomid for about 6 months, with HCG trigger shot, temp charting and timed bding, all BFN.
I asked several times if we could change to Femare but she said no.
We then did 2 IUI's over a couple more months.
1ts IUI, 3 major follicles, lining 4 mm, BFN.
2nd IUI, 2 major follicles, lining 2mm, tested out trigger, from day 12-16 it was gone, day 16-18 faint line then BFN.
I was very upset with my oby for doing these IUI's but she somehow gave me hope and convinced me it was going to work out.
After the failed IUI's I tried to get an appointment to have a debriefing and see if she would change my meds or maybe do IVF but she refused.

I moved on and found a great RE whom I trust 100%. During my first visit he gave us the option to do a hysteroscpy however I declined. Saline ultrasound once again revealed a normal ultrasound.
Further tests revealed no PCOS, Metformin was stopped.

Our 1st IVF cycle was in 06/2013. We harvested 17 follicles, got 15 eggs, 8 made it to day 5, 2 to day 6.
1st FET, 2 embryos transferred, BFN.
2nd FET, accupuncture, 2 embryos transferred, BFN.
3rd FET, accurpuncture, 2 embryos transferred, BFN.
4th FET April 2015, accupuncture, RE gave me no option but to do the hysteroscopy prior, which revealed a septum and it was removed. Fertility drugs were started and he prepped me for the 4th transfer, however my lining didn't go beyond 6.3 mm and we cancelled the cycle.

Once we stopped all the meds I didn't get a period until 7/23/2015. I continued accupuncture, ovulated on cd 15 but BFN.

Last period 8/23/15, continued accupuncture, I ovulated on CD 18-19.
My temps are continuing to rise, no dip yet. I attached a picture, I don't know what to make of my temps.

Yesterday I had some cramping in my lower abdomen and it then turned it to nagging, burning pain in my right lower abdomen. I really couldnt pin it down, it was deep. At first it felt like it was my ovary, then it felt like it could be my uterus and then it also radiated into my back.
It lasted for a couple of hours, I actually had to take and Advil.

Today, I have a warm sensation in my right lower belly, I am thinking I may have had a cyst that ruptured?!
I also have some pinching in my uterus, back ache, headache, tender breasts, stomach is queasy at times.

I guess mentally I am preparing myself for another BFN.
I just don't feel like I am ever gonna get that BFP again.

I forgot to add my temps, I am sorry.

Hi Blossom,

So sorry for all you ve gone thru. Don t want to get ur hopes up too much but your chart looks triphasic which it what i had when i concieved my ds.....the cramps etc could be implantation....so really keeping fingers crossed for you.

If this isn t your bfp then i would certainly consider asking about immune testing as several failed ivf where you had good embryos can be a sign of this.

Good luck, hope you get you baby soon.

Hang in there. I;m new to this forum but I just got my first BFP today, after 4 years of trying. It happened naturally, 1 month after my hubby quit smoking. We're both 25 and we never got pregnant.

I also have horrible cramping for about 4 days and my tummy feels like its burning up. With all the symptoms I waited until CD 31 to test . I normally get my period on CD 27-28. Sticky vibes!
