Gift Idea's for baby

Our baby will be just over 2 months at christmas so we figured we will buy a few things aimed at that age range then get some things aimed more at 6 months & 9 months old to put away and get out again as he/she gets older

Now I have baby brain and can't for the life of me think of some toys to get, so all suggested would be great for all the age ranges up to 9-12 months

We prefer stuff that isn't all plastic & garish, we don't mind some plastic stuff but prefer more natural/eco/wooden stuff

sorry i cant help, have nothing wooden, all our toys are plastic.
