I haven't decided what I should give my bridesmaids gifts. any idea?

Depends how much you're wanting to spend. But I got Willow Tree Angels for each of my bridesmaids. I picked ones that meant something about our friendship - so for the person I met through our shared love of animals, I got one holding a cat. And so on.

Just thought I'd throw that out there as an idea

For Bridesmaids I got funky necklaces that matched their dresses and little personalised nail files and facy little eyes shadows. When I was bridesmaid for my friend this year she got us jewellery boxes which is useful and something to keep.

I got a personalised ring box from this company on ebay and they do nice heart gift boxes that you can have personalised.

For our other gifts we bought:
Mum's - necklace/brooch, vase, perfume atomiser and flowers on the wedding day.

Dad's - Leather washbag and 2009 commemorative coins and wine/port on the day.

Best man - batman cuff links (dont ask) and penknife

Ushers - Penknife

Page boy - watch and build a bear in a kilt.

I bought also bought wine glass charms for a few of my frineds who had helped me out

good idea. but jewelry is so hard I mean how do you know someones taste. I have no clue what to get MIL either, but I can always put OH up to that. lol

I had no idea so I actually asked one of my bridesmaids what she'd like. Earrings. Nice plain silver ones. No idea what my budget should be, though. And if I ask her, knowing her she'll find something at Tiffany or somewhere else expensive. Kind of wish I'd kept my mouth shut now

i have 2 BM's,1 flower girl,best man,1 usher,1 page boy(connah)....but do i have to buy for parents?
cos there are MIL,FIL...mum & stepdad....dad & stepmum they dont get on for a start so cant buy 1 without the other

Yeah I was wondering that too. I was going to get something for my mum, OH's dad and mum but what about the people who have given us some money towards the wedding? Two of our Aunts have given us quite a large amount towards it. Should we give them something?

We've got cuffinks for the 3 groomsmen and my dad, candles with a poem on for BMs and getting both mums some flowers. Nice and simple x

I was thinking of asking the girls too. Just to get some ideas to know what they'd like. As far as budget goes if you and your bridesmaid are close I think they should know the price range. She should know weddings are expensive to not expect something extravagant.

Your wedding is so close. I'm so jealous. Are you feeling the pressure, I am now and I got to wait til end of July.

I am just learning this as well. I just thought gifts for bridesmaids and groomsmen. However our wedding planner told us the MIL, FIL, along with other parents and step parents. We also have two flower girls. They are my neices easy. OH is getting the guys money clips. No idea what to give parents either. I'm lost.

Yea for the people who have given you money I think something should be given to them as a thank you. I think try to found out something that they like and go from there.
