Giving control of a thread to a different user

Hi, I was wondering how I can give control of a thread I started to a different user. It's the July pregnancy thread and I'm no longer pregnant and want to take a step back from bnb but I'd like the thread to stay updated. Another user offered to take over for me. Is there a way to switch the thread over to her?
