Going to the beach?

Is it safe to go to the beach and sit in the sun for a bit? As long as
I stay hydrated? It's about 75 here today

Pregnancy won't stop you doing anything like going to the beach. Just make sure you stay hydrated and have a good high factor cream on and you'll be fine; main thing is not burning or dehydrating.

As others have said- totally safe. Wear sunscreen and you'll be fine.
The vitamin d will actually be really good for you x
