My LO has been on hungry formula from being around 4 weeks old. Do I need to switch back to stage 1 once she has begun weaning or can I keep her on hungry baby?

No need to switch formula. They dont eat much initially with BLW so there should be no change to their milk.

I would just see how it goes. Ultimately, you want to make sure she's having plenty of milk still until 1 year, so if she starts to drop down too quickly, you might consider switching either to a first milk or follow on milk (no advantage to either, but some of the follow on milks are made with the same type of protein as in hungry milk so might be less of a change depending on the brand you use). My daughter didn't really change the amount of milk she was having until around 8-9 months and didn't drop a bottle until 10 months. So you probably won't see a change for awhile. But if it all decreases too quickly, it might be worth seeing if changing the milk helps. Otherwise, no I wouldn't worry about it right away.
