Had a scan today because of spotting for two days and I should be 12 weeks tomorrow but there was no heartbeat. Baby died at about 9 weeks it seems. I feel gutted and a bit numb. Wishing everyone a H&H 9 months and hope to be back in 1st tri sometime x
