got myself a little project

I decided to do some of the cutting in on the woodwork this evening and had to spend about 45 minutes pulling off old masking tape that the old tenants had taped around the plug sockets etc when they painted the room purple

It's definitely made my mind up that I want to give the carpet a proper wash as well as regloss the window sill too. I want the room to be as clean as possible.

But on the plus side, I've made a start on painting on one side of the room and am planning on getting the roller out tomorrow to try and get a bit more done

But, this is tonight's progress ...

Woooooo!!!!

It looks fantastic so far!!! Kind of wish we had a nursery to do up now but of course ds is in the room and baby be coming in with us. We will be having a sort out and move around though
