Growth spurt or could it be due to teething??

My LO is teething at the min, but seems to be coping ok with just using teething gel. But the last couple of days he has been really grumpy, which i guess could be due to teething.

But his 15 weeks on wednesday and seems to want to sleep alot more during day and also he is alot hungrier. We have now put him on hungry baby milk. He was going four hours but is now goin 3 to 3 and a half hours with 7oz. He also seems more unsettled on a night. He just seems alittle diff.

Could it be all due to teething or do they have a growth spurt around now? xxx

I think there's a 16 week growth spurt, so it could be that.
