GTT test tomorrow, eek.

I have my GTT test tomorrow and I'm worried it'll come back positive.
Last time they found 3 types of sugars in my urine sample and my sugar rating was 7.5 out of a differential of 3-8. The Doctor was quite concerned and asked if anyone in my family was Diabetic, which they aren't. I know that it can be triggered due to being pregnant and that it's fairly common, I just have another complication of being underweight and I don't know if the two combined would cause further problems. However scans have showed that my baby boy is healthy and normal size/weight etc.
What does it mean if I am positive?! What will happen?
