Gym after having LO.

Well done on your weight loss! I work out 6 night a week when i'm losing weight and toning up. I do this at home using fitness dvds. They are awesome.

Wow, well done on the weight loss! Good job! I'll be working out from home. OH is a bit of a fitness fanatic, and told me I had 1 month, then he was going to get me back in shape. After the twins he had me doing jump rope and boxing in the garden! Haha. I was punching hook and jab pads but every now and then i'd 'miss' and give him a nice punch. He copped on after a while and laughed.. it was fun hitting Nat, but although I was wearing gloves and had my knuckles wrapped, I think it still hurt me more than him! But in fairness to him, he got me back in great shape again!:thumbup:
I try to work out everyday (haven't since before I got pregnant with Indie) for 30 minutes. I might run on the treadmill, go for a swim, jump rope, lift weights, do pilates,... anything I can and want to do.
