Had a early miscarriage

Hi guys well I only introduced myself a few days ago but unfortunately I was bleeding this afternoon and went to a&e they did a urine test and it negetive and a blood test had extremely low hcg. Dr didn't have a clue and said I never was pregnant. And said he couldn't explain why the tests said positive. I came out so confused. Then thankfully a lady from the early pregnancy unit returned my call from me trying to phone her about the bleeding and she said that I indeed was pregnant but just had an early miscarriage. I'm gutted guys. I just hope my body goes back to normal real quick.
