im just wondering if an of u ladies had follie tracking on clomid
i went today at cd 10 and i had lots of little ones,
i had a 7mm one on my right
and a 13.6 one on my left
my lining was 9.1 mm?

Hi Keepsmiling. We have been on other threads together so you probably already know about my scan but I'll recap anyway. I had a pos OPK CD 12 and my scan was booked in for the next day. They discovered just 1 follie on but it was 20mm and my endo was 9mm. I went back on CD16 (after the weekend) and it had popped. A blood test confirmed I did o, with high progesterone level, which I am really happy about though sadly we haven't conceived this time. I am in my 2ww but have no symptoms at all and got a BFN at 14DPO, so pretty much certain we are out.

I don't know much about how much they grow each day but if you already have a 13.6mm follie I can't see o taking another 12 days? I hope you are doing lot's of dancing! Will you too have a blood test to confirm o?

i dunno,, i got a new fs and he was relly good today
im just hoping it grows alot! lol
i mean if its almost 14mm on cd 10 then it cud grow up to 20 by monday i hopelol

I hope so! I am so glad I had scans but I won't be able to this month, as we will be on holiday (depending when af comes, of course). Maybe the month after but will wait and see as we have to pay for them. X

yuh i only get them this one month cos its my first month on 100mg,, but there tlkin of upping my dose to 150 mg,,, i dunno?
im happy with 1 follie.. is there ay chance of the little 7mm one of becoming mature?

went ok i had a 25mm and a 16mm but thay wasnt sure if the 25mm was filed with fuid or an egg but im assuing it was an egg cos igot a pos opk that morning and a neg thenext day so im assuming im 1dpo today xx
my lining was 11mm

Hi, I am new to follie tracking etc. Do you guys know what are good numbers for:

follie size?
lining?

When I went in for my CD3 scan, I had a bunch of follies but I think they were around 6-7mm. I don't know if that is normal...

@1hopefull: I had a follical scan (internal) on CD3 about 2 months back and i had 3 follicles in each ovary measuring 9mm, 8mm and 7 mm size and lots of follicles (about 8 of that she wrote in the report) of less than 6mm in both the ovaries put together. I guess if u had gone for a follicle scan on CD3 that would have been to verify the blood tests for harmone levels on the same day?

it doesnt relly matter how big they are at cd3 cos thay can disapear or notgrow etc,, its the cd 10-12 one thats important xx

i had mine at cd 10 and cd 13, i got a pos opk in cd 13, and neg on 14 so im assuming i ovd on cd 14
so im not 3dpo


also my lining was 11mm,, does this sound ok x

hi - i had a scan my 1st round of clomid and I had 3 follies about 18mm each I think - but my lining was only 6mm. I Ov'd about 3 days after that (CD13) so i was hoping my lining would increase as suppose to by 1mm per day until Ov. I didnt get lucky that month and am now on 3rd round of clomid. I have been told at a few scans that my lining was thin - hoping this isnt the reason i cant get preggers.

11mm is a good lining Keepsmiling. Good luck this cycle.

Lillyttc - everyone has loads of follies on CD3 but once the hormone (cant rem which one) kicks in then one (or two) follies become dominant and thats the one that release the egg at Ov. So dont worry about the small ones on CD3.

yuh i think u normally only relses one,, somtimes 2, but not them all so dw xx
