Happy story after first tri bleeding

Ok so I'm only 13+4 so hoping I'm not jinxing myself but I know how scary it is when you are bleeding in first tri.

Basically I bled bright red blood 3-4 times a week this whole trimester. Pretty scary right?! I haven't had this confirmed by a midwife but my hunch is that it was caused by a cervical erosion (which I actually had cauterised last year but obviously hasn't worked!) I was even involved in a minor car crash. I had my scan on Monday and got to see my beautiful baby and I'm laid here feeling him/her wiggle around. Its wonderful.

Anyway, I just wanted anyone panicking to read this and know that blood doesn't mean you are miscarrying or that you are going to. Sometimes Mother Nature just has a really rubbish sense of humour!! These babies are pretty robust

I didn't want to read and run. That's great news. Any bleeding can definitely be unsettling. I had bleeds with my first two pregnancies, but not for that long.
