Lets see if I can explain this correctly. When I go to nurse, my left nipple is pretty hard. It is hard to make flat so Asher can latch on properly. After a bit of nursing, it softens up. It is also pretty painful when he starts sucking. The pain doesn't last very long though. My right nipple is fine and he latches on pretty easily with little pain. I just figured out I have vasospasm, is this part of that?
