In the past 3 days, i've completed two 4 hour journeys on the train. And my legs are killing me. The calves, they're so painful when I walk or move them.
So I started looking up symptoms online and it gave me deep vein thrombosis which just freaked me out. Has anyone ever had any pain in their calves from travelling? Its not like the journeys were super long but i'm crippled, in absolute agony, when i'm walking i'm a mess hobbling everywhere and winching.
I'm not sure what it could be, because this DVT seems to affect people in long haul flights, but it was only a 4 hour train journey! I can't go to the doctor because i'm in Newcastle and my doctors is in Manchester.
Thoughts?
