Hi well its my due date today and i thought my waters went last night. i had backacke quite high up on one side at bedtime, couldn't get comfy so got up. i was stood up in the kitchen when i suddenly felt like i needed the loo. some water, clear without an odour came out which i caught on some kitchen roll. The pain went away instantly. i then soaked through two santitary towels with this fluid in 90 minutes. i'm thinking woo hoo, i'm going to be having my baby today and went to L&D. Had a gush waiting to get on the ward but then nothing, my body wouldn't part with any more and they wanted me to catch some in a pot. i ended up being examined internally and i was told that all midwife could see was a thick discharge. now i have been getting a slight green tinge watery discharge that is a bit mucusy/egg whitey (not enough to soak a pad mind you) for a couple of weeks. i haven't leaked at all since so i'm now waiting. i have no idea what this fluid was. anyone any ideas?
