Have I missed it or am I just late, OV test

I have been using Opk for the first time this month. I am usually a 28 or 29 day cycle. I have been testing everyday but yesterday at CD14 I got a faint line at 12pm (no drink for 3 hours prior) and tested again in the evening and the same result. I tested again at 12pm today CD15 (no drink for 3 hours again) and the line looks more faint. I don't know whats going on, have I missed the surge or am I due to ovulate really late or am I not ovulating? Any advice would be great.

im not a expert hun but didnt want to read and run, looks to me (altho im prob wrong ) that you ovulated between your 5pm and 12pm test? ekkk i prob am wrong but didnt wana read and run sorry i cant be more help xxx

I have no idea whats going on with this at all. I had a look over the images I took and I have the same lines at 12pm on CD12 then nothing on CD13 then the faint lines on CD14. I just wish it would decide so I know I am ovulating. Anyone else had the same?

I disagree the positive line should be as dark or darker then the control line and that is still pale.I would do it again today and see your urine might have been too diluted in the 3rd test.

If nothing appears today then it could be that you ovulated the day before the tests you took and you got the back end of the surge ifykwim did you do the deed during this time anyway?

I will test again later, I will make sure I have not had anything to drink for 4 hours and see what happens.

The last time I did the deed was Monday 3rd so I have prob missed it. I am working in Berlin now until Friday and I only have one test left with me (I just wanted to make sure I was ovulating even though I am away for a few days) so think I will start fresh with testing next month and test twice a day to make sure I don't miss it. I am just worried I am not ovulating and this is not helping me at all !

But you are getting the LH SURGE which is what the opk are picking up so there is a good chance you are ovulating anyway.

Log on to fertility friend and put all your information into there it will help you understand your cycles and when it thinks you should be ovulating also go on https://babymed.com/tools/fertility/calendar/Default.aspx
its really good at telling you and pinpointing when you should start your opks and when to do the deed.

that's what I thought, If I wasn't ovulating nothing would show on the tests.

did second test this evening and its a little lighter than earlier. Think I will try the opk next cycle now and give it a rest, it is driving me crazy.

Maybe try another type of ovulation kit as the one you just used, this is the ones I am currently using seem good so far.

I am also using preseed this month as well... i hope i get the BFP this month!!

I have just ordered some ready for next cycle.

I also looked at the link you sent and popped in my details. It does say that I was in a fertile period while I was home and I had BD everyday up to me having to travel for work (Tuesday 4th) so the 2 max fertile days were lost but you never know.
