have to do glucose test a second time =(

i went to do my glucose test yesterday drank the nastyness and sat there for about 45 min. i only had 15 min left! i started feeling really hot and light headed. FOB went with me and said i looked like i was about to pass out. then i puked all over the place =/ now i have to go back and do it again! hopefullly i can hold it down for the hour this time!

its this orange crap that kinda tastes like orange koolaid at first just realllyyy sugary thean the taste just gets worse. u have to drink it in like 5 min then wait an hour then they test your blood to see if you have diabetes

I just did mine today..
I didn't mind it
but I felt really sick afterwards.. still do.

oh wow thats horible... idk about the drink u had to drink but i just did my test and the drink wasnt that bad... it was red and had a kinda fruit punch taste to it with a nasty after taste... i downed it and made it the full hour... well i failed the test by a few numbers so i have to go take the 3 hour test hopefully its no wrose then this time...

Aw I know the feeling love, I had to do my test 3 times because the lab screwed up. Hope it works better, try and go as early as possiable ( if you can) I know thats what got me through.

im amazed how many find the drink yuk. I didnt mind it this time or the 1st time i was pregnant. I do feel really dizzy and tired now though. I think cos you have a sugar rush but have to sit during it
