HCG and progesterone levels at 4w 3d

I found out I was pregnant at 3w 6d and made my "confirmatory" appointment at my OB for when I was 4w 3d. They did the urine test and blood test once urine came back that I was pregnant. The doctor called me with my results and said that my HCG was at 553 and my progesterone was at 16.5. Reading mixed things online where some women had HCG in the thousands and some even super low. Are my levels at an okay place? What were yours in the 4 week time frame??

I'm sure those levels are fine. I never had my progesterone tested, but my HCG at 4w6d was 664. There is a wide range of "normal", but I'd say you're somewhere firmly in the middle. Congratulations!

mine are low but my doctor didnt seem worried my HCG level the first time was 24.4 and than 48 hours later 76.5 doctor said its just early in my pregnancy

At 4w6d my hcg was over 18,000 and progesterone was 25.something. Another poster said her hcg was 664 at the same time, so you can how great the number can vary. As long as it's going up, I wouldn't worry too much about the actual number. Good luck and congratulations!
