HCG Diet

Hi ladies! Just thought I'd let everyone know about this new diet I'm on. It's called the HCG Diet. I take the drops, not the shots b/c I've heard the shots give really nasty side effects, but the drops are amazing. I just started and I've lost a lb a day. I don't feel any different and the only side effect I've had was a slight headache for only the first day. Here's a link to the place I got it from. Feel free to do your own research aswell.

They also have an FB where you can chat with others on the diet and ask them questions about what's ok to eat during the diet.

I tried that diet, way to restrictive, maybe because im weak willed lol ive still got a bottle of it sealed it anyone wants it?
