Ok So I found out I was pregnant very early as in the day my period was due.
Since I have been seeing a fertility Specialist for some time I get tracked weekly. On Monday 10/20 I had my regular tracking appointment and ultrasound was told my lining was 14 mm ( a good thick measure.)
I was told I could either be pregnant or be getting ready for my cycle to start.
Well Tuesday 10/21 by the afternoon my AF had not came and something told me to test and it was Positive!
I called the specialist right away who told me to come in that Thursday.
When I went on Thursday they confirmed the pregnany and said my HCG levels from 10/20 shoed 30 which was a positive pregnancy but my Progesterine was only 6.
They took more blood on 10/23. When I went in for my next appointment on Tuesday 10/28 I was told my levels from the 10/23 blood draw had went up to 67 for hcg and only to 9 for Progesterine.
I had more blood drawn on teh 28th and I called for my results.
my HCG as of 10/28 is 412 my progesterine is not back yet.
I know the progesterine is low and the specialist and I had a disagreement on a suppliment he wanted to let nature take its course and I'm not leaving anything to chance so I called my regualr OBGYN who perscribed me a supplimet to take 2x's a day 400mgs so I am happy with that I also shared my HCG levels with him and he seemed to think they #'s were coming together to be a viable pregnancy but I want some opinions and advoce from you ladies.

here are the dates again

10/20 HCG 30; Prog 6
10/23 HCG 67; Prog 9
10/28 HCG 412 Prog not in yet but I just started taking a suppliment today so hopefully even if they are low they will come up with the suppliment.

Are my HCG levels on track? I haven't had any symptoms either at one point I had really sore and tender bbs but now nothing other then gas and my bowls go back and forth wevery few days I'm constipated and the others they are loose sorry for the TMI.
Also according to my LMP( which was 9/25/14) as of 10/28 I was 4 weeks 5 days. The specialist seems to think I ovulated around 10/8/14 or 10/9/14.

Thanks ladies!

Your betas are fine! Stop worrying! Also, you probably won't notice any symptoms until week 6-7. Just try to relax and enjoy being pregnant before the sickness sets in! Congrats!

I put your last 2 numbers into a doubling calculator and you have a doubling rate of 45 hours. The norm is b/t 31 and 72 hours, so you are spot on! I agree with you on the progesterone tho. Idk why any doctor wouldn't prescribe it when it doesn't hurt, you know. ugg. I was on prometrium 2x a day (400 mg total) when I was pregnant with daughter. Looks to me like everything is progressing nicely. Congratulations!! Oh, and with symptoms I wouldn't worry too much. People get them at different times, and then when you do get them they can come and go.

I think ur numbers look good. At 4 weeks my number was 137 . I too was scared. Ur doubling though: )

Last fall, I had a miscarriage. Five weeks later, I got a very unexpected bfp and requested a blood test to confirm.
At 12dpo-positive hpts including a digi.
13dpo-hCG 38 (started 200mg progesterone twice a day and a baby aspirin once a day)
17dpo-hCG 236
5+2ish-hCG 1870something progesterone 9.8
10+4-progesterone 16.4

I took the progesterone and baby aspirin til 14 weeks when I weaned off the progesterone and I stopped the baby aspirin around 16 weeks (more like I forgot to take it after that). That pregnancy ended with the successful birth of my second daughter at 38+1. She's now 4 months old. I'd say your numbers look pretty good even if the progesterone is a little low and the supplements should help with that. Good luck and wishing you a h&h 9 months!

Hmm I wasn't told to take any Baby asprin? Just 400 mg's prometrium a day 2 200 mgs pill s a day and thatw as by my regulat OBGY N once Itold on the Specialist.
Cn you believe I called the specialists office again today ( 6 days after the test ) and they still will not give me the level all they will tell me is the HCG which I already know. I got back tomorrow and they are going to see one unhappy camper in that office in the morning. I'm glad my reguar OBGYN seems to be looking out for the pregnancy the baby and my best interest. I feel like the specialist is treating me like a test subject.
but hopefullt with the additional meds the preogesteron will come up and everything willwork out nicely.
Thanks Ladies!

I was told to take the baby aspirin at first because I had had 3 consecutive losses but hadn't been tested for clotting disorders so the dr figured why not? I was tested for clotting issues after my 7th miscarriage (wasn't prior to that as I either got pg again before testing could be done or we felt it wasn't an issue for me) because I was taking the progesterone but still miscarried at 14 weeks. The dr wanted to rule out any possible reasons at that point but all my tests have come back normal aside from my hCG and progesterone levels staying low during my pregnancies. I have taken it with the progesterone since that loss as it seems to help me get to through the first trimester though we aren't totally sure why. Some women will 'self prescribe' it but I'd talk to your doctor first as it is a blood thinner.
