headaches

I'm suffering from crippling headaches at the moments and don't know what to do to get rid/stop them.
Iv tried drinking more fluids, eating something sugary, painkillers, sleep but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Xx

I have been getting these.

I have been trying to not use medicines to help, so only use paracetamol when desperate.

I find the Migraine Kool n' Soothe pads work a treat!
