I seem to get sick and headachey if I don't have a little something to eat quite often and I also have a decent sized appetite so I'm looking for healthy snack suggestions. I already eat plenty of fruit so am looking to mix it up a bit! Any suggestions? Thank you! :flower:

I love baby carrots and cheese sticks (string cheese). Its always my go to snack.

Cheeses, nuts, little snack size veggie trays. I do greek yougurt with peanut butter. Make your own snacks on Monday, and have them handy for the rest of the week. I love being able to grab and go.

Rice cakes, crackers, cucumber and carrot sticks with dip (one of my favourites), nuts (not salted if you want healthy options) salad, wraps, things like nutrigrain bars are quite good just be careful with some cereal bars as they aren't always that healthy but are a good snack option

Trail mix and if you're looking for something healthy to drink, v8 juice.

I need help with this too I have been so hungry and can eat way too much. I am gonna pick up some rice cakes I already got cheese sticks and crackers!!

Carrot sticks and humus. Maybe try baking a healthy carrot cake and cut them into smaller portions ideal for snacking and keep the remaining pieces in the fridge to keep for a couple of days. At least that's quite a healthy sweet cakey snack if you need a sweet fix!

I have graze boxes delivered every week they cost about £3.89 and the good thing about it is you can pick and chose what you want in your snack box I love them and they are nice and healthy :) also I have carrot sticks, celery sticks, bread sticks with a light low fat dip like sour cream, chive & onion or salsa x

Toasted rye bread with mashed up avocado and chopped tomatoes spread on top!
