I think I handled it very well 
Hopefully he listens to me and signs over his rights then I'm done with him FOREVER!!!!

Allisonwhy not. If you want to, sign over your rights, then you'll never have to deal with anything involving me or her again. Its the only way to get out of it. If not and you refuse to cooperate they will put you in jail. Then you will be listed as her biological father, and the default payment is $235.00 a month and you will be required by law to pay. Since you have had almost nothing to do with her for the past 2 years and you've put nothing towards her financially, the chance of you getting any visitation or anything is almost non existent. Any court system will side with me because I'm her mother. The best thing you can do for yourself is just cooperate with ORS and when you get down there tell them you want to sign over your rights. Also not that it matters or anything, but ORS got ahold
Allison5:37 AMof me first they've been harassing me since she was 6 months old, but I tried to be nice to you by keeping them off your ass as well as mine, but I see no need to at this point as I could care less what they do with you, but just know they are at the top of the food chain, their kinda like IRS for deadbeats. So like I said if you sign over your rights, the nightmare of ORS goes away, I'm sure Bobby can tell you all about it. He's signed over his rights. So, but at this point in time you have nothing to lose, and they will be the noose around your neck for the next 18 years, unless you refuse to pay child support then it will be longer. Good Luck!
