Done test last night it came out positive so we did another this morning as it was positive again I believe i am 4 weeks gone, Should i book doctors asap? and what will likely happen etc.

My experience has been they either have you do another urine test in the office or a blood test to confirm give you a EDD and then they will schedule your first OB appointment. - this is in the US
