help decipher gender pic

Can anyone explain to me this pic. It is a good potty shot, but I'm having a hard time explaining to my DH. Lol. The Dr couldn't give us a certain answer, which doesn't help.

At this age male and female seems like looks alike! My guess is a girl, because I can't see a boy part! Congratulations with your baby!
