Help for boys name!

So me and fiance have pretty much got out minds set on the name Lexi Rae Green or Lexi-Rae (middle name) Green. But as for a boy we our stumped last name will be Green and middle name will either be ray or ryan or any combination or a hyphened comb. Please any help thanks ladies x

I think I like Logan Ray hubby says the maybe list he's worse than me I've never been a big fav of hyphened but it's important to me that Ray is in the name and hubby what ryan and with the girls name I want her full name to be used Lexi but find the only time others use full first name is the cut of hyphened bit stupid I know but ahh well and thank you
