I have just finished my 9 months and gone onto income support. Its £67.50 a week but you get "paid" every two weeks. You can also get healthy start vouchers. And if not already claiming check housing/council tax benefit.

It does take a few weeks to sort as they have to check your child tax credits for some reason. But everything was backdated to the date I put the claim in.

Good luck its so nice having the extra time with LO :)

Thanx didn't no about the vouchers so that's gr8 yeah I'm already on housing n c tax benefit but I phoned there sending out a change of circumstances 2 c if I can get it down a bit more. I'm waiting on my forms 4 income support and iv told the tax office so I think that's all I can do 4 now. Thanx 4 the info :)) xxx
