Help from those of you in first tri. Creamy CM, pinching 6dpo, low/hard cervix 7/8dpo

Just popping in to see if anyone has had these symptoms. I feel really strongly that something was happening in my uterus on Friday night. I was sitting on the couch and can feel definite pains and pinches really low in my uterus on the left-hand side I had it a little bit on Saturday, and have a little bit ever sense. I've been trying to pay attention to CM as well. I have a good amount of creamy/lotion. The low cervix has me stumped. Anyone have similar symptoms and result in bfp?

I've had it with either outcome: AF or bfp.

This time, I was actually dry. I didn't have pregnancy symptoms.

The cycle before that I had loads of cm and felt pregnant. Well AF arrived.

Symptom spotting can be "fun" but I try to remind myself to take it with a grain of salt.
