Help! How can i tell how many DPO i am?

We concieved last tuesday...so i am on day 10 now, but how many DPO am i?
First maybe baby...i think im pregnant but have had two BFN...but maybe its to early?
Symptoms have mostly gone away but cant shake the "feeling"

Sore, full breasts, my sense of smell is excellent, some weird feelings in my stomach, and today is the first day i have had to pee alot. No implantation bleeding yet.......

Im also feeling spinny....kind of light headed...this has been going on all week. Spinny and weird feeling...and my tits have never been bigger! They are busting out of my bra!!!

Well, when was the first day of your last period?
