Help I'm going mad trying to make a ticker!!

Hi everyone think I'm being really thick here but can't figure out how to make a ticker. I've gone to tickerfactory and limetwists and selected background and slider but when I get to the third stage its just asking me for first day of last period etc and I'm ending up with a counter to ovulation and can't for the life of me work out how to count down to my TTC date. Help lol
