Help, low sperm count, slow mobility

Hello, I stumbled upon this thread while researching the subject matter. Have you had any success? Can you offer any advice? I just received my husbands SA, not good! 14.7 count and only 15% motility. : ( I'm trying to plan our next move. I'm hoping there are alternatives besides IVF. Thanks in advance!

If this helps? Hubby started taking the zinc supplements right before we got our first bfp over a year ago... going to make him start again!
