Help please! Not having much luck on here today!

I came on at lunchtime...everytime i posted something it didn't show it instantly but about 30mins later. Now iv come back on one of the threads i did in work and finance section and i can't see, yet when i look it up in the statistics section it shows the thread that i am looking for. I have also just tried to post something in the weaning section and i get a error notice telling me that the token has expired so i have to go back
