Can somebody look at my chart and tell me if you think it's correct? The dotted line is there because of the fertile CM after O fertility friend says. I don't understand why I keep getting positive OPK's either when I'm sure I OV already! I felt the pains on CD 14 as well as got the positive OPK, there was also a lot more fertile CM than I have been having around then so whats going on? Anybody have a clue? I know it isn't PCOS because I have none of the signs or symptoms for it. Can the tests give me false positives if I read them within the test time? I've been testing between 2-4 every day. I'm just extremely confused right now. Maybe thats why they say not to test with an OPK after you get your first positive! Anyway if anyone wants to see the OPK I've attached it as well. They've all been that dark or darker past few days (sry for the poor quality my scanner isn't hooked up right now).

I've heard OPK's can detect HCG as well and be indicators for PG but not this early, thats why I'm so confused. Although I like to browse through the chart gallery on FF and I've seen a few charts with a bunch of positive OPK"s in a row that were PG charts! I just wish I knew what was going on because it's too early for implantation to even have occured yet. Maybe someone will have an answer for both of us. I know the brand can give me a negative because I haven't switched brands other than a couple of the dollar tree ones to check and make sure they were the same as the answer brand. Maybe OPK's only add to the confusion lol.

When you ovulate the lh can stay in your system for a couple days after ovulation. Thats why they say you should not test after your first positive. I'd say to take the fertile cm out on cd17. Looks to me like you ovulated on cd14 since you had a positive opk and a small drop in temp before you ovulate. I know its hard to quit poas, but if u keep testing it just puts more confusion on you. Well thats how it is with me bc I also poas all the time. This month I just decided to hold back after getting my first positive. Good luck hun!

I also use the answer brand and if i keep testing after my first positive they usually stay positive for awhile. If your cycles are normal then id say it would be safe to poas and stressing out, lol. but on the other hand it looks like your in the 2ww!!:happydance:

Thank you! Good to hear from someone who's had positive OPK's after O before. I think I'll stop using them now in order to avoid more confusion like you said, I just get overly curious lol. And I think it's a good idea to take the fertile CM out because I think I definately OV'd on CD 14 as well. Thanks again!!

You're due to test the same day as me, I hope it all goes well for you!! :d

Those OV strips are really sensitive, try a different brand

Why the unusually low temp on CD 10? If you ignore that temp, I really don't see a clear thermal shift. It does look like your temps are trending up though. Maybe you are a slow riser, but if I were you, I'd keep having sex and see what happens with your temps over the next few days.

I think, as some other members have said, I might've slept with my mouth open which can alter temp when taken orally. As for the thermal shift my temps have actually stayed up except for CD 17. I've heard these strips I'm using are unrealiable so I'm going to trust FF on this one! Thanks for your reply! :)
