Help, sleep is getting worse the older he gets!!!

Morning all,
LO is 8 months and ever since he was poorly about a month ago his sleep has gone to pot. He got so used to being cuddled, he won't go to sleep on his own without a fight and wakes up frequently. I am so tired am resorting to giving him milk whenever he wakes and he ends up in our bed. Last night was 11, 2, 4 and we are up at quarter to 6. This is my second and I'm stuck ladies!!!

Sending big hugs, I know exactly how you feel. We're having the same here. Joe had a cold last month, now cries every hour and eventually I get so tired he comes to bed with me! I'm trying to cut out the co-sleeping too, so it's hard! Last night when he cried, I resettled him by putting my hand on his chest, I didn't pick him up, and was strong enough to leave him in his cot all night. Looks like this is what I'll do tonight too. I can't offer any advice other than what I'm trying....sorry. Just wanted you to know you're not alone x x
