Help w/ adding img to siggy

HI ladies. Hoping someone can help. I am trying to add a Blingee to my siggy but every time I add the code and hit preview siggy nothing shows up. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page where it tells you what you can and can't do with your siggy and where it says Add Image to Signature it says No and where it says Allow HTML to Signature No. How do I change that? How can I get my blingee up? Thanks for your help.
