I need some advice and everyone who has responded to me on here has been so helpful! I am just wondering if anyone has experienced any cycles like mine- I am now on CD 27 with no O, very little CM this entire cycle, no bbt rise and flat temps for the past 6 days. My thermometer is not broken, I have tested it at other parts of the day to be sure and it registers different temps. But when I take my temp at 5:30 am right when I wake up it is always 97.3. I had one positive opk on CD 16 but no temp rise so ff says I haven't O'd and I'm inclined to believe. My cycle last month was regular, 26 days. Is it possible I did O and then my temp didn't rise? What do flat temps mean? I just need this cycle to be over!! Thank to everyone out in TTC land. This is so hard. :(

Are you using OPKs or just temping? Temping isn't a very reliable way of determining ovulation, unfortunately.

I'm using OPKs too. I had a positive OPK on day 16 but then my temps have not moved since then. I've been usig OPKs since then, too, and they are all negative. Is it possible that I ovulated after that positive OPK, even though my temps didn't rise? Thanks for responding, purplecupcake! :)

My dr. Said that temping is not always accurate, bc so many factors can effect it. Like if you don't have a restful sleep, or you breathe through your
Mouth, or even haveing too many blankets on. Sooo frustrating!! I would trust the positive opk and say you ovulated around the 16th.
Good luck!!

Yeah, I don't think you've O'd, especially with no fertile CM. OPKs sense an LH surge and it is possible to have that without actually ovulating. Your body gears up to do it but doesn't quite get there. That's why it's great to use temping to confirm O. I'd keep using them and temping and just see what happens.
